In the evolving landscape of kitchen, bathroom, and furniture manufacturing, it’s more important than ever for manufacturers to understand the customer journey – from initial inspiration, to design and sales, to creation of the final product. As we start off a strong 2024, it’s a great opportunity for me to share how Cyncly’s Kitchen, Bathroom, and Furniture Manufacturing (KBFm) group is supporting manufacturers.

Cyncly’s KBFm group supports a range of manufacturers operating in kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and furniture. We’re bringing together great products, a deep pool of industry experts and product development resources to help all these manufacturers operate with greater efficiency, adaptability, and ultimately, more profitability.

To summarize our strategy for 2024, we are focused on listening, integrating, and expanding.

First, listening: we’re keeping the needs of our customers at the forefront of our mission. In today’s market, manufacturers face the twin challenges of reducing costs and enhancing sales performance. It’s a delicate balance, requiring a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, market demands, and consumer trends.

At KBFm, our suite of software and content is designed with these challenges in mind. We offer advanced engineering, specials, and production management software that streamlines the shop floor operations. Our aim is to significantly reduce waste, minimize production errors, and cut down on manual processes that can slow down manufacturing.

We’re doing this by offering the industry’s most complete set of manufacturing solutions, including:

  • 3CAD, the leading Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution that helps manufacturers streamline sales to production. With 3CAD, manufacturers get a centralized platform to manage and visualize the entire order lifecycle, enabling users to oversee orders from start to finish, from any device.
  • Insight, the leading end-to-end ERP manufacturing software solution built specifically for cabinet, furniture and architectural millwork manufacturers. Insight creates a seamless flow of information from the bid and order entry through to final installation so you can improve efficiency, scale your business and move faster.
  • Mozaik, CNC software for the cabinet industry that offers the most complete, easy-to-use solutions. Mozaik's design-to-manufacture solutions for cabinets, closets and casework are built to meet the needs of every custom cabinet shop.

Second, integrating: we recognize the importance of connectivity in today’s manufacturing ecosystem. We’re integrating our products to streamline every aspect of our customers’ business. One case in point, the integration between 3CAD and Insight enables Insight’s Visual Order Configuration. With native capability to provide a 3D graphical representation of products at the order entry stage, retailers can more easily confirm the accuracy of standard and custom products to be produced and delivered to consumers.

This also entails integration between manufacturers and other participants in the value chain. For example, by enhancing the network effect between manufacturers and retailers on the same platform, we support smoother order management based on real-time catalogue, stock, and delivery data. This integration helps align manufacturing output with market demand, ensuring that products are available when and where they’re needed.

Finally, expanding: Cyncly is bringing our solutions to more places than ever. We’re now supporting 3CAD in the North American market for the first time ever, we’re bringing Mozaik to the United Kingdom, and we’ve started supporting Indian customers looking for the best industry solutions.

We’re also expanding the value of our solutions. For example, one of Cyncly’s key strength lies in our ability to provide actionable market intelligence. By analyzing buying behaviors from millions of projects, we generate insights that can inform future catalogue decisions. This approach allows our customers to stay ahead of consumer trends, ensuring that their offerings remain relevant and desirable.

Looking ahead, we’ll continue to strengthen our solutions to meet the needs of kitchen, bathroom, and furniture manufacturers. We understand that the landscape is constantly changing, and staying agile is key to our customers’ success. By focusing on delivering cost efficiency and sales growth, we aim to empower manufacturers to not only meet but exceed their performance goals.

In a world where efficiency and adaptability are paramount, I’m proud to be leading Cyncly’s KBFm group to support our manufacturing partners. Our goal is to make the manufacturing process not just more efficient but also more responsive to the needs of the market and the end consumer. As we look forward to the opportunities and challenges of 2024, we are excited to continue working alongside our customers, driving success in the kitchen, bathroom, and furniture manufacturing industry.
