Yes, it is required for everyone at your company to activate at once.  However, if someone is not saving their projects in Flex, they won't have the same tools to stay organized.  If needed, the Flex platform can be turned from user preferences.

After you are registered for Flex, you can use a web browser to login at https://flex.cloud/?domain_hint=2020spaces-cb.com. The Flex platform allows you to quickly check existing project saved renderings, plans and prices as well as creating new contacts or projects.
