Cyncly Agreement Document

1.   FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW

1.1  The Virtual Worlds (“VW”) application is a desktop application that facilitates the creation and manipulation of 3D designs. The original application targeted interior designs for bathrooms, however as the application matured, this broadened out to encompass all interior rooms in domestic properties.

1.2  ‘Virtual Worlds Professional’ empowers KBB designers and retailers to convert a higher number of sales opportunities whilst achieving higher sales values. Design concepts are created in a unique 3D interactive environment where all inputs are visualised in real-time, be it dimension, position, material changes, or opening doors.

1.3  The following modules are available under VW:

1.3.1   4D Theatre – VW 4D Theatre is a premium solution offering a fully immersive 4D virtual reality experience in the showroom, which allows the clients to walk around and interact with their proposed design and try various options.

1.3.2   4D Studio – 4D Studio is an immersive experience used to explore design.

1.3.3   Design Cloud – Design Cloud is a remote presentation tool through which designs can be viewed via a web browser or mobile app.

1.3.4   One Price – By creating a kitchen or bathroom design in VW Professional, One Price handles everything in real-time, as the design is being created.

1.3.5   AR – VW AR is an Augmented Reality Solution that allows the customer to place a virtual product into their home by viewing it through the lens of an iPad or iPhone camera.

1.3.6   Virtual Browsers – Virtual Browsers are a consumer-facing marketing tool for brands, using an interactive cinematic experience.

2.   OBJECTIVES AND KEY PROPERTIES

2.1  To provide a bathroom retailer with a 3D interactive design creation tool tailored specifically to the bathroom sector.

2.2  To provide a bathroom retailer with access to the latest product offerings from a vast range of bathroom product manufacturers.

2.3  To assist the retailer in engaging their client in the consideration of product options within the context of the whole design.

2.4  To facilitate the creation of professional design documentation and imagery for communicating with their builder and fitters, key design features and characteristics.

2.5  Customer/Business Value:

For the retailer’s client, Virtual Worlds helps to shorten the decision-making process when considering product choices and physical aspects of a design. The application helps set client expectations of the physical reality embodied in a design, which in turn helps avoid buyer remorse – that feeling that an alternative design or product would in some way better meet their aspirations for their physical space. In meeting its objectives, the Virtual Worlds application aids the retailer in transitioning their client from a prospective sale to an actual sale.
